Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our Bras, Bralettes, Nightgowns, and other collections. All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Including all tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Lingerie Accessories (garters, suspenders, etc.)
- Knickers & Brazilian Cut underwear
- Final Sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
